Fresh Vegetable Appetizer Pizza

- 2 cans (8-oz. each) Crescent Dinner Rolls or Puff Pastry Dough (500 g)
- 1½ cups (350 g) sour cream
- 2 to 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1½ cups fresh white mushrooms, chopped
- ½ cup chopped, seeded tomatoes
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- ⅓ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ⅓ cup chopped green onions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased baking pan; press over bottom to form crust. Seal perforations.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
- In small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, salt, and pepper; blend until smooth.
- Spread evenly over cooled crust. Top with remaining ingredients.
- Cut into appetizer-sized pieces.
- Store in refrigerator.
You can cut the recipe in half and bake the crust in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
