Fresh Vegetable Appetizer Pizza

Colorful pizza that is topped with a rainbow of crunchy fresh vegetables.
  • 2 cans (8-oz. each) Crescent Dinner Rolls or Puff Pastry Dough (500 g)
  • 1½ cups (350 g) sour cream
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1½ cups fresh white mushrooms, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped, seeded tomatoes
  • 1 cup small broccoli florets
  • ⅓ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ⅓ cup chopped green onions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased baking pan; press over bottom to form crust. Seal perforations.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
  5. In small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, salt, and pepper; blend until smooth.
  6. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Top with remaining ingredients.
  7. Cut into appetizer-sized pieces.
  8. Store in refrigerator.
You can cut the recipe in half and bake the crust in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
